Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Last updated October 18, 2026

Some state laws, including Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar laws in Nevada and Connecticut, protect information about your health. From Mile One has one feature that touches it: baby tracking for couples who are expecting. This page explains exactly what that feature collects and how you control it. It adds to our Privacy Policy.

What we collect

We collect this only from you, and only after you say yes on the screen that explains it. We never infer pregnancy from anything else you do in the app.

Why we collect it

Only to show the week you're in, the size comparison and general information for that stage, inside your book.

Who can see it and who we share it with

The people in your book can see it. Guests can't. We share it with no one except Supabase, which stores our database on our behalf under a contract that limits it to that job. If you order a printed copy of a book that has pregnancy pages in it, those pages go to our print partner only to print and ship the copy you asked for. We do not sell consumer health data, we never use it for advertising, and we will never share it with anyone else without asking for your separate, specific consent first.

Your rights

Not medical advice

The baby section is general information, not medical advice. Your provider knows your pregnancy best. If something feels wrong, call your provider or 911 right away.
